Launch updates privacy notice

This notice describes how KEO Labs LLC handles information for the ParkInstinct website and launch-updates mailing list. It does not describe data processing by a future ParkInstinct mobile app.

What you choose to share

When you sign up, we ask for your email address and your consent to receive occasional ParkInstinct news and launch updates. We ask you to confirm your subscription by email before adding you as a confirmed subscriber. We use subscription and confirmation records to manage your choices and document consent.

How the service works

We use MailerLite to manage subscriptions and deliver email, and Netlify to host this website. Those services process information needed to deliver and secure their services, which can include technical connection information such as an IP address, browser information, and service logs. MailerLite also processes subscription, delivery and unsubscribe information.

The form can report visits and signups. Our campaign and automation defaults disable optional email-open tracking and Google Analytics tracking. MailerLite still reports clicks on links in emails. These settings do not mean that all technical processing or reporting is disabled.

For more information about these providers, read MailerLite’s privacy policy and Netlify’s privacy policy. Their processing may take place outside your country. Following a social-media link takes you to a separate service governed by its own privacy practices.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails or by contacting support@parkinstinct.com. You can also use that address to ask about your subscription information or request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify that a request relates to your email address before acting on it.

How long information is needed

We use subscription information while providing the updates you requested. After an unsubscribe or deletion request, limited records may still be needed to honor your opt-out, document consent, meet applicable obligations, or resolve a dispute. A deletion request does not mean we will resume sending you messages.
